These terms apply to all orders placed via the SumiFox online shop (sumifox.de).

The presentation of works in the shop is not a legally binding offer. By completing the Shopify checkout you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or dispatch of the goods.

All prices are final prices. As a small business within the meaning of § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown.

For the original works currently offered, careful packaging and shipping within the delivery area are included in the price unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Payment methods: credit card via the Shopify checkout and the payment providers integrated there.

Delivery area: European Union (EU).

Shipped from Berlin via insured registered mail, DHL, GLS or DPD — depending on format, destination and packaging requirements.

Delivery time: approx. 1 week after receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Stock per work is 1. Once sold, a work is no longer available unless expressly stated otherwise.

Slight waves, creases, age-related spots, material traces or variations in colour and texture can occur in handmade or older paper works and do not constitute a defect if described or typical of the material.

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the withdrawal policy.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. The German version of these terms is authoritative.
