Hosting and technical provision
The website frontend is provided via Lovable. When pages are accessed, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, browser information) is processed in server logs. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Shopify
Shop, cart, checkout and order processing are handled by Shopify, processing the data required for your order (name, address, e-mail, order data). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Payment
Payment methods: credit card via the Shopify checkout and the payment providers integrated there. SumiFox does not store complete credit card information; payment data is processed directly by the payment providers.
Shipping
For delivery within the EU we pass your name and address to the selected carrier (insured registered mail, DHL, GLS or DPD). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Contact and artist application forms
Form data is sent to us by e-mail to handle your request. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for spam protection. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Analytics / tracking
Analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) are currently not active. They would only be activated after your active consent.
Cookies and consent
This website uses necessary technologies required for operation, cart, checkout, payment, security, language settings and storing cookie choices. SumiFox uses Shopify for shop functions, cart, checkout and payment processing. Optional technologies for preferences, statistics or marketing are used only if consent has been given. Where technically possible, consent is also passed to Shopify so the shop and checkout respect the same privacy choices. Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Storage period
Personal data is deleted once the purpose ceases and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
