Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail):

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same means of payment as in the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

Consumers bear the direct costs of return unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Please return works with particular care, ideally in the original or equally sturdy packaging. This is not a condition for exercising the right of withdrawal but helps avoid transport damage.
